Responsibilities
- Programming systems and tools within Unreal in line with performance, modularity and scalability requirements
- Work with designers to create a variety of gameplay systems in Unreal
- Collaborate with the Technical Director and other programmers to deliver high quality tools and systems
- Be a point of contact for all technical issues related to Unreal Engine and its tools
- Suggest and drive improvements to the game by creating and implementing new systems
Qualification Requirements
- 4+ years of professional game development experience
- A love of collaboration and fun
- A passion for crafting gameplay and fun experiences for players
- An ability to foster a positive work environment that encourages open and interdepartmental collaboration
- Unreal Engine experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to relocate and work on-site in Irvine, California
